Grading

1. Full size grading

2d bottom gauge is in flatten status, grading axis as Fig(1)	2d bottom profile and toe/heel gauge grading axis as Fig(2)
Last machine axis as Fig(3)
All grading axis are different, so 3d last grading usually problems and need many hand working to do modification. And the correction of bottom profile is the key to match with sole grading. This is a very difficult condition for grading, Because there are no proper grading axis to perform full size grading.
Therefore, LastElf break through the bottleneck, we have special deformation technology in full size grading ,keep the results match to 2d gauges and industry requirement. LastElf also control the waist/Instep-girth and heel-pitch in grading process.
